Make a Difference
The Associate Recruiter is responsible for:

•    Supporting Talent Acquisition by processing background checks, facilitating pre-employment and onboarding, and reporting process metrics to ensure a seamless candidate experience
•    Managing candidate communication 
•    Providing research support and recommendations to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of recruitment activities 
•    Creating a welcoming environment for caregivers at new hire orientation

Exceptional Skills and Qualifications
As part of our Talent Acquisition team, the Associate Recruiter is deeply committed to delivering respectful, customer-centered service.  

•    Highschool diploma or GED equivalent required
•    Minimum of one (1) year of relevant work experience in Recruitment and/or Human Resources, Sales, or Marketing
•    Experience managing data within applicant tracking, HRIS systems, and Excel preferred
•    Clear and concise communication skills
•    Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
•    Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
