Community Health Network is seeking a Sr Business System Analyst to join our team supporting UKG Pro Workforce Management. This role is a part of the information technology team assisting our business partners in supporting our many Caregivers as it relates to our UKG solution in time keeping, scheduling and payroll. Our teams are an integral part in helping the business leverage their technology assets and derive value from our solutions in analytics, technical innovations, and process improvement.
Ideally, candidates have technical and functional experience supporting UKG Pro WFM or similar UKG suites such as Kronos Workforce Management. Our solution environment includes UKG modules in:
- Attendance
- Attestation
- Advanced scheduling
- Analytics and Data Hub
- EZCall for Provider Scheduling
- Integrations with API or Boomi
- Mobile
- Time Keeping
Candidates with robust application support history or similar time keeping and scheduling solutions are also encouraged to apply.
Exceptional Skills and Qualifications
Applicants for this position should be able to collaborate with others in a team setting, have excellent communication skills, and a positive attitude toward problem-solving.
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or equivalent preferred.
- Four (4) or more years of healthcare operations or analyst level experience required.
- Preferred experience in one or both of the following areas
- Experience in various business processes and applications.
- Experience implementing or supporting ERP related applications.
- Ability to provide on-call support for after hours and weekends as needed per department needs.
- This position will be a hybrid role if you reside within a 60-mile radius of 7260 Shadeland Station, Indianapolis, IN 46256. Hybrid expectations include in-office work once to twice a week and/or on an as needed basis per the needs of the hiring department.
- This position will allow the flexibility to work remotely if you reside outside of the 60-mile radius parameter of 7260 Shadeland Station, Indianapolis, In 46256. Community caregivers performing work remotely are permitted to live in the following states: Indiana, Illinois, Ohio, Michigan, Kentucky, Florida, and Texas. Caregivers are not allowed to perform work remotely outside of the above states. Applicants from other states may apply; however, if hired, they will be required to relocate to one of the above states within 60 days of their employment date.
