Make a Difference
The Network Systems Analyst is principally responsible for supporting Enterprise infrastructure equipment, including troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of layer 2 devices and related Enterprise infrastructure systems. This role requires minimal supervision from senior team members. Additionally, the Analyst will assist in the installation of a new unified communications system for the enterprise team.
Exceptional Skills and Qualifications
Applicants for this position should be able to collaborate with others in a team setting, have excellent communication skills, and a positive attitude toward problem-solving.
· High School Diploma or GED required.
· Two (2) to five (5) years of experience in Network Administration or related technologies preferred.
· Knowledge of OSI Model and familiarity with Cisco network hardware is highly desired.
· Experience with ServiceNow preferred.
· This position may participate in future on-call rotation. Candidates should be prepared to provide on-call support as required by the hiring department.
