We are seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to join one of the nation’s most integrated healthcare systems, with over 1,300 providers in Indianapolis, IN. This advanced practice provider will be dedicated to our Thoracic Surgery for our MD Anderson Affiliated Oncology Program. Our collegial team works closely with Community Cancer Care & Heart and Vascular Care programs and we have a well-deserved reputation for providing comprehensive care with excellent patient outcomes.
Highlights
Community Health Network has an excellent opportunity for a board-certified, physician assistant or nurse practitioner to work in Thoracic Surgery at Community Hospital North.
- M-F, 7:00 am – 4:30 pm
- Post-op/follow-up clinic and inpatient rounding
- Electronic Medical Record (EPIC)
