Highlights
Community Health Network is seeking a board-certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a well-established cardiology team at our Indianapolis, IN location at Community Hospital Heart and Vascular Hospital. We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced APP, or new graduate with recent nursing experience in cardiology or ICU settings.
- Cardiology opportunity including outpatient clinic, hospital rounding, and cardiac testing oversight EP
- Mon-Wed & Fri 7:00am-5:30 pm (Thursdays off)

Licensure & Certification
- Board Certification required
- Indiana medical license will be required
