Highlights
Community Physician Network is seeking a board-certified advanced practice provider to join a well-established Gastroenterology team to provide inpatient care at Community Hospital North and Community Hospital East. We are seeking a highly motivated, teamwork-oriented Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner, preferably with experience.
- PRN / Weekend Day Shift / Some holidays are required
- Inpatient at CHN and CHE
- Provider led organization
- Epic EMR
Licensure & Certification
- Educational background consistent with requirements for licensure and certification within the state of Indiana.
