Make a Difference

The Clinical Research CTMS Administrator ensures that new protocols are configured completely and accurately in the CTMS system, to support clinical teams in protocol execution and management. This role will have an oversight of CTMS functional requirements, department training on the application, and serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) regarding CTMS usage. The CTMS Administrator is also responsible for working with CRC's and leadership to create, edit and confirm accuracy of supporting clinical documentation to include but not limited to eligibility checklists, study schedules, supporting assessment tools and other documents as identified. This role also serves as a system administrator for other clinical research applications used within our clinical research department. CTMS Administrator will have other duties assigned with regards to project management functions as well as lead committees within our Clinical Research Institute (CRI) to enhance workflows, develop training materials, liaison with outside vendors on applications and process improvement work for CRI.

 

Exceptional Skills and Qualifications

Applicants for this position should be able to collaborate with others in a team setting, have excellent communication skills, and a positive attitude toward problem-solving.

·         Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.

·         In lieu of the above education requirements, a combination of experience and education will be considered.

·         One (1) year of experience with project management is preferred.

·         Two (2) years of experience with using Clinical Trial Management Systems (CTMS) preferred.

·          Two (2) years of experience working in clinical research preferred.

·         Previous experience with Epic, Greenphire, Florence and WCG preferred.

·         Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs such as Teams, OneNote, Word, etc.

·         This position will work a hybrid schedule, with the expectation to work on-site as needed per the requirements of the hiring department.
