Nutrition Counseling

Whether it's one-time consultation or ongoing counseling, Community's dietitian services will work with you to provide the education and support that is right for you and your nutritional needs.

Patients who would like a consultation with a dietitian must first see their Community Health Network physician and request a consultation with a dietitian. Video and telephone appointments are available.

If you do not have a primary care physician at Community, please call 317-621-2727 for help scheduling a new patient appointment or search our Find a Doctor tool below.
