Apply for an Observation Experience
As of 12/18/24, due to flu restrictions, observations have been suspended in network hospitals until further notice. Placements will continue by area for outpatient locations, and employment-related observations, which will be set up during the interview process by the HR team.
Community Health Network offers those considering a career in healthcare the opportunity to participate in an observation experience. An observer accompanies a caregiver through their daily routine, observing and discussing experiences with doctors, residents, therapists, nurses and other healthcare staff. Observations are standardly scheduled for 4 hours. To qualify for an observation experience, you must be at least 16 years old and a junior in high school.
