Make a Difference 

The Telephone Operator will answer a multi-line telephone console, issue overhead & text/numeric paging, input patient information, route calls, and use a computer.

Exceptional Skills and Qualifications  

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required

• One or more years’ experience in office/clerical work is preferred 

• Experience in a healthcare setting is preferred

• Experience in working with multi-line phone system/switchboard is preferred

• Experience with computer software is preferred.

• Customer service skills

• Communication skills

• Interpersonal skills
