Make a Difference
The Manager of Administrative Services will manage behavioral health support staff/front office for the Hillsdale and Warren offices. This position will oversee, coordinate, and supervise all office coordinators working in outpatient clinical behavioral health locations. The Manager will conduct meetings with support staff, and perform personnel management functions including hiring, performance appraisals, development plans, and disciplinary actions. This position will function as a liaison between clinical and administrative staff. The manager will collaborate closely with the clinical managers to determine schedules for the offices and individual staff. This position will field complaints and suggestions from internal and external customers. The Manager will work in conjunction with administrative staff and patient accounts staff. This position will assist with performance improvement & policy procedure development.
Exceptional Skills and Qualifications
Applicants for this position should demonstrate strong patient care skills and provide an exceptional patient experience. Applicants can communicate effectively with patients, families, staff, and physicians.
- Three (3) or more years of experience working in a medical office is preferred.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Ability to work independently.
- Skills in problem identification and resolution.
- Sensitivity to customer relations and the confidential nature of work.
