Description & Highlights
Community Physician Network is currently seeking a board eligible or board-certified Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine trained physician to practice Urgent Care in our MedCheck clinics.

• Outpatient urgent care only
• Seven clinics throughout Indianapolis and surrounding area
• Clinics are open from 9:00am – 9:00pm
• Electronic Medical Record System (Epic)
• Lab and imaging services onsite
• Competitive compensation and benefit package

Licensure & Certifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine 
• Licensed in Indiana or eligible for medical licensure in Indiana
