Indianapolis, IN—Community Health Network is bringing an enhanced model of accessible healthcare services to Zionsville with the opening of a new Community Clinic at Walgreens. Located at 200 S. Ford Rd. in Zionsville, the clinic is part of Community’s continued effort to offer comprehensive, convenient care options in central Indiana. The Zionsville clinic features two private exam rooms, a restroom, and a dedicated registration area all within an enclosed space. This thoughtful design allows patients to experience the privacy and comfort of a traditional healthcare setting within the ease of a retail location.
“The Zionsville Community Clinic at Walgreens represents a significant step forward in providing high-quality healthcare to people where they live and work,” said Hoy Garvin, Executive Director for On-Demand and Virtual Care at Community Health Network. “This model allows us to support the community’s needs for primary, urgent, and chronic care in a space that’s convenient and welcoming.”
This clinic offers a comprehensive range of services, including physical exams, wellness visits, and chronic disease management for conditions such as high blood pressure, asthma, and diabetes. With its flexible care options, the Zionsville clinic is a valuable resource for patients needing follow-up care or ongoing support between visits with their primary physicians. Additionally, the clinic’s enclosed, private design enhances the patient experience and allows for seamless access to pharmacy services in-store. The modern concept is like the one that opened in Fishers in November 2024.

The Zionsville Community Clinic at Walgreens, located at the corner of S. Ford Road and W. Oak Street, opens to patients on January 9, 2025.
