Melissa Wheeler, Manager Leadership Recruitment

Melissa joined the Community Health Network talent acquisition team in 2014 and transferred to leadership recruitment in 2018. Melissa earned her bachelor’s degree in business management at Purdue University and her master’s degree in business administration at the University of Southern Indiana. She enjoys healthcare recruitment because it allows her to connect individuals with meaningful career opportunities. She is passionate about volunteering, networking and learning from other healthcare recruiters through the National Association for Health Care Recruitment.

Robin Clubb, Senior Recruiter

Robin joined the Community talent acquisition team in 2015 and moved to leadership recruitment in 2022. She began her recruiting career in 1999 as an executive recruiter with a search firm, followed by recruiting positions in the banking and financial services industry. Robin obtained her bachelor’s degree in business from Indiana University. Her areas of concentration include nursing leadership, materials management, and leadership positions in behavioral health and professional areas. She loves working at Community and the patients first culture.

Kevin Howell, Senior Recruiter

Kevin joined the talent acquisition team at Community in 2016 and leadership recruitment in 2022. He began his career in 2002 managing a behavioral health upstart company, supporting individuals with developmental/intellectual disabilities throughout Central Indiana for more than 14 years. Kevin is a native Hoosier, earning his bachelor’s degree in psychology and master’s in health administration with a focus in public management from Indiana University Kokomo. Kevin works to bring value-focused leaders to Community in allied health, police, physician and other subspecialty areas.

Avneet Thandi, Senior Recruiter

Avneet graduated from Indiana University – Indianapolis in 2014 with a bachelor’s degree in business management and human resources. She joined Community Health Network as an intern that same year and has been supporting recruitment efforts since. Avneet is the primary recruiter for careers in information technology, finance, and professional business support areas. She strives to deliver an exceptional experience as a caregiver at Community.

Angela Bryan, Recruiter

Angela is a talent acquisition professional with nearly 20 years of progressive human resources experience supporting recruitment, workforce planning and talent strategy within healthcare and financial services industries. She brings extensive experience in full‑cycle recruitment across direct patient care, licensed, professional, technical and leadership roles. Angela earned her bachelor’s degree from Ball State University in Muncie, IN. At Community Health Network, she is a recruiter on the leadership recruitment team, where she supports the organization’s mission by connecting leaders with meaningful opportunities. She partners closely with leaders to enable thoughtful hiring decisions, workforce planning and consistent recruitment practices.

Paige joined Community Health Network in 2014 and transferred to the talent acquisition team and leadership recruitment in 2017. She graduated with a bachelor's degree in business administration from Franklin University of Ohio. Paige enjoys being a part of the recruitment team where she’s been focused on building connections with candidates, caregivers and hiring managers. In her role, she strives to provide a positive candidate experience from their first interview to their first day joining the Network. She loves being a part of Community Health Network and values the relationships she’s developed here.
