Indianapolis (April 15, 2026) — Designed for today’s executives and high-demand professionals, Community Health Network launches a concierge-level Executive Physical program to deliver a more efficient, elevated approach to preventive healthcare.
The program provides a personalized, same-day physical that combines advanced medical screening with wellness-focused services—all coordinated around the patient’s schedule.
Core elements include a comprehensive physical exam, advanced laboratory testing with integrated cancer screening, imaging, EKG services, and wellness offerings of health coaching and massage therapy. Cancer screening includes Galleri® multi‑cancer early detection testing, which screens for multiple cancers through a single blood draw, as well as Ambry Genetics® hereditary cancer testing, which evaluates inherited genetic risk factors rather than detecting cancer itself.
The program is supported by a dedicated concierge nurse practitioner who coordinates scheduling and provides both pre‑ and post‑exam virtual visits. During the pre‑visit, the nurse practitioner reviews health history, risk factors, and personal health and wellness goals. Following the exam, the post‑visit focuses on explaining results and outlining personalized recommendations or referrals, ensuring continuity of care and a clear path forward.
The initiative aligns with broader trends in executive medicine and preventive care, emphasizing early disease detection, risk mitigation and performance optimization.
