Make a Difference

The Senior Transportation Driver is responsible for providing safe, reliable transportation of a commercial vehicle used as mobile health clinic in and around Howard County. The driver will also assist in setting up the vehicle for use at events, including exterior tents and supplies weighing up to 60 pounds.

Exceptional Skills and Qualifications

The Senior Transportation Driver is a critical role in Community’s ability to deliver mobile health education and services to the community.

 

  • High School Diploma or GED Required (Required)

 

· Indiana Class A Commercial Drivers License (Required)

      

  • Three (3) years’ experience driving commercial vehicles preferred.
  • Knowledge and ability to perform pre-trip inspections of a commercial vehicle.

 

·       Five years or more of driving experience

 

·       Clean driving record as defined by Community Health Network policy

 

·       Ability to safely operate a motor vehicle

 

·       Ability to function independently

 

·       Written and oral communication skills

 

·       Good interpersonal skills

 

·       Good visual, auditory, and coordination skills necessary to safely operate a motor vehicle
