The Innovative Healthcare Collaborative of Indiana (IHCI) is a joint venture between Community Health Network and Deaconess Health System. Its goal is to support our sponsors and partners in their strategic evolution to positively impact and improve the healthcare delivery system.
Make a Difference
The IHCI Marketing and Communications Manager is responsible for developing, maintaining, and supporting content to communicate population health and value-based care strategies to key stakeholders. Overseeing intranet and website content, social media, company newsletters, campaign presentation support for leadership, and serve as liaison to the Marketing & Communication teams at health system partners.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute marketing and communication plans aligned with organizational goals.
- Create and manage content for websites, intranet, newsletters, social media, and leadership presentations.
- Lead digital and social media strategies, including LinkedIn engagement and brand promotion.
- Coordinate marketing campaigns, outreach initiatives, and stakeholder engagement activities.
- Collaborate with leaders and partners to develop educational content and resources.
- Monitor industry trends and recommend strategies to increase awareness and engagement.
- Ensure brand consistency across all communications and marketing materials.
Exceptional Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in journalism, public relations, communications, or marketing is required.
- 2 (two) or more years of experience planning, coordinating, and supporting events, community outreach initiatives, and relationship-building activities with internal and external stakeholders are required.
- 2 (two) or more years of experience leading and coordinating projects, including project planning, implementation, timeline management, cross-functional collaboration, and successful delivery of objectives is required.
- 3 (three) or more years of experience managing multiple priorities, developing strategic communication initiatives, and executing projects in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment is required.
- 3 (three) or more years of experience in marketing, communications, public relations, journalism or a related field is required.
- 3 (three) or more years of healthcare industry experience with demonstrated knowledge of healthcare communications, stakeholder engagement, and industry trends are preferred.
