Job Description

This opportunity delivers care in Indianapolis at Community Hospital South, Community Hospital East, and Community Hospital North / Community Heart & Vascular Hospital.
Highlights
Community Health Network is seeking a highly motivated and experienced, board-certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a well-established cardiology team in Indianapolis, IN.
- Cardiology opportunity including outpatient clinic, hospital rounding, and cardiac testing oversight EP
- This position will float through all sites and backfills the schedule of whoever is on night call for the week which can include clinic, hospital, or both.
