Susan has worked in healthcare for more than 25 years. She transitioned into oncology navigation in 2018 at Community Hospital Anderson, now Community MD Anderson Cancer Center - Anderson. She attended Ball State University. In 2019, Susan obtained her certification in navigation through the Academy of Oncology Nurse & Patient Navigators (AONN).
Susan resides in Anderson with her husband and two sons.
