Darlene joined the breast navigation team at Community in 2025. Before coming to Community, she worked as a surgical oncology nurse navigator, and her nursing experience includes both inpatient and outpatient oncology, as well as care management.
Darlene graduated from Indiana University with a bachelor's degree in dietetics. She later returned to school and earned her bachelor of science in nursing (BSN) from Marian University.
She lives in Fishers with her husband, their son and two dogs. In her spare time, she loves staying active, traveling whenever she can, and spending time with family and friends.
