Gentle Cardio and Strength Building

Do cardio fitness any time with pre-recorded classes! Simply register below for access. Choose "Cardio Fitness" in the presentation drop-down and upon submit you will go to a page with several videos to choose from.

Senior man doing cardio at homeJoin us for this free virtual cardio circuit workout class. We will walk through 45 minutes of strength training, light cardio exercises and stretching. Use items from home or bring some light free weights. All fitness levels welcome. Modifications will be given for each exercise.

Tai Chi Flow for Health

Senior woman doing tai chi at homeInstructor Christine Bhe leads tai chi and qigong exercises in a continuous flowing format with a focus on gentle, low-impact mind-body healing. These are drop-in style classes where anyone may participate regardless of experience or fitness level. Movements will evolve from week to week with new additions to keep repeat participants engaged. Modifications will be made as needed for participants with limited mobility or other concerns.

Gentle Stretch Yoga
