Meet the Therapists

Christina Adair, PTA is a physical therapist assistant who specializes in general orthopedics with a special interest in pain associated with pregnancy, wellness training, breast cancer recovery and osteoporosis. She has advanced training in Graston technique, prenatal and postpartum exercise, and incorporating health promotion into PT. Christina is also YogaFit certified.

Abby Cleaver, PT, DPT, ATC is a physical therapist with a special interest in orthopedics, sports medicine and sports performance, manual therapy interventions of the spine and upper/lower extremities, and video gait analysis of runners. She has advanced training in Graston technique, functional dry needling, joint mobilization, muscle energy technique, blood flow restriction therapy, and Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA)/Functional Movement Screen (FMS)/Y-Balance Test. Abby is also a board-certified clinical specialist in orthopedic physical therapy and a certified athletic trainer.

Austin Cox, PT, DPT is a physical therapist with a special interest in general orthopedics, sports medicine, joint replacements, and manual therapy interventions of the spine and upper/lower extremities.

Keri Vicente Flores, PT, DPT is a physical therapist and pelvic health therapist with a special interest in bowel, bladder, sexual dysfunction and pain as it relates to pelvic floor health. Keri has advanced training in Herman & Wallace Pelvic Floor Function, Dysfunction Level 1, Level 2A, and Level 2B. She also has training in MET (Muscle Energy Technique) for pelvis, sacrum, lumbar spine, and muscles of the hips, and TIPI (Taping Into Primal Instinct). Keri is also bilingual and able to serve Spanish speaking patients.

Bradley Gentry, PT, DPT is a physical therapist and board-certified clinical specialist in orthopedic physical therapy with a special interest in orthopedics, sports medicine, manual therapy, neck and spine pain, and gait and balance training. Bradley also has advanced training in Graston technique.

Valerie Goodwin, OTR is an occupational therapist who specializes in upper extremity rehabilitation and orthopedics. She has advanced training in biomechanics of the hand, evaluation and treatment of shoulder, wrist and hand dysfunctions, upper extremity thermoplastic and neoprene splinting, nerve entrapments of the upper extremity, Graston technique and Kinesio taping.

Connor Hansen, PT, DPT is a physical therapist with a special interest in general orthopedics, sports medicine, spinal conditions and manual therapy interventions. Connor has advanced training in Mechanical Diagnosis & Therapy (MDT) Part A – Lumbar Spine.

Ron Harper, PT, DPT is a physical therapist and certified orthopedic manual therapist through the Institute of Advanced Musculoskeletal Treatments. He has a special interest in general orthopedics, sports medicine and manual therapy. Ron has advanced training in Graston technique (instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization), blood flow restriction therapy, vestibular rehabilitation, concussion management, Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA) and Y-Balance Test.

Liz Lacy, PT, DPT is a physical therapist and certified pelvic rehabilitation practitioner with a special interest in general orthopedics and pelvic health. Liz has advanced training in visceral mobilization and is an Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS-retired).

Cristina Lubrick, PT, MPT is a physical therapist with a special interest in orthopedics, sports medicine, manual therapy, and pain with pregnancy and post-natal recovery. Cristina has advanced training in Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA) and instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization (ASTM).

Andrew Malloy, PT, DPT is a physical therapist with a special interest in orthopedics, sports medicine, manual therapy interventions of the spine and upper/lower extremities, foot and ankle dysfunction, and the assessment and treatment of running athletes. He has advanced training in manual therapy techniques including muscle energy technique, joint mobilization/manipulation, and Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA)/Functional Movement Screen (FMS)/Y-Balance Test.

Zachary Pigg, PT, DPT is a physical therapist and board-certified clinical specialist in orthopedic physical therapy with a special interest in general orthopedics, hip pathology, spine rehabilitation and shoulder rehabilitation. Zachary has advanced training in Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy (MDT) Part A & B and is residency trained in orthopedic physical therapy.

Matt Redshaw, PT, DPT is a physical therapist and certified strength and conditioning specialist who specializes in orthopedics, sports medicine, and sports performance with a special interest in SI joint dysfunction and the assessment of the running and throwing athlete. Matt has advanced training in Kinesio taping, joint mobilizations, manual therapy, muscle energy techniques and soft tissue mobilization. Matt is certified in Graston technique and is a credentialed clinical instructor.

Sally Roscetti, OTR is an occupational therapist and certified hand therapist who specializes in hand and upper extremity rehabilitation. She has a special interest in tendon repairs, replants and revascularizations, fracture management, rotator cuff repairs, and congenital reconstructions. Sally has advanced training in Graston technique and Kinesio taping, as well as static, static progressive, dynamic splinting and fracture bracing.

Ryan Salata, PT, DPT is a physical therapist with a special interest in general orthopedics, joint replacements, spine, shoulder, knee and athletes. Ryan has advanced training in Graston technique and soft tissue and joint mobilization.

Cory Sandberg, PT, DPT is a physical therapist with a special interest in general orthopedics, sports medicine and manual therapy interventions. Cory has advanced training in ASTYM (instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization).

Renuka Sathyamurthy, OTR, MHSOTR is an occupational therapist and certified stroke rehabilitation specialist with a special interest in upper extremity rehabilitation, including evaluation and treatment of conservative and post-surgery diagnoses, splint fabrication of the hand and wrist, and neurologic rehabilitation, including neuromuscular re-education, ADL and functional re-training, and stroke rehabilitation. Renuka also holds certification from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy.

Courtney Steele, PT, DPT is a physical therapist with a special interest in general orthopedics, sports medicine, joint replacements, and manual therapy interventions of the spine and upper/lower extremities. Courtney has advanced training in Graston technique (instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization).

Karen Wood, PT, MHS is a physical therapist and board-certified clinical specialist in orthopedic physical therapy. Karen specializes in arthritis care and general orthopedic disorders, with a special interest in cervical spine, hip joint dysfunction and walking/running analysis. She has advanced training in Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA) and the evaluation and treatment of spine dysfunction and functional mobilization/stabilization. She is also proficient in the use of functional dry needling to help alleviate pain in myofascial trigger points related to acute injury or chronic pain.
