Bailey joined Community Health Network in 2019 as a patient care tech and has built her nursing career within the organization. While advancing from LPN to RN and earning her nursing degree from Ivy Tech, she gained experience in inpatient medical oncology, hospice, and stem cell transplant and cellular therapy. She joined the navigation team in 2026.
Bailey enjoys traveling all over the world, preferably by cruise ship. When she is not traveling, she enjoys spending time with her friends and family, and hanging out with her two cats, Brodie and Brady.
