Plan to attend this year's 2nd Annual CPN Advanced Practice Provider CME Symposium on Friday, September 25, 2026, at the Marriott Indianapolis North. Join your APP colleagues for a day of learning, networking, and well-being. Sessions will include professional development, clinical, and well-being topics presented by our own network experts. An optional breakfast, lunch, and snacks will be provided.
We will be applying for up to 6 hours of Category 1 CME.
FEE: Prior to August 1st - $200 per person August 1st and after - $250 per person
