Aaron Kalinowski, MD, MPH, FACP

Executive Physical Program Physician

Aaron Kalinowski, MD, MPH, FACP, is a physician with the Executive Physical program at Community Health Network. He completed his medical degree at Indiana University School of Medicine. He then completed his residency in internal medicine and family medicine at St. Vincent Hospital. He spent eight years at Eskenazi Health providing primary care for patients experiencing homelessness and severe mental health disorders, along with inpatient hospital care, and teaching at Indiana University School of Medicine. Additionally, he has spent five years with Community in the REACH program, serving patients with complex medical and social conditions. He also has been chief medical officer for Indiana Health Centers.

Dr. Kalinowski’s areas of expertise include primary care, preventive care, quality initiatives and population health.

In his free time, he enjoys cooking, gardening, hiking, fly fishing and remodeling a cottage in northern Indiana. He also enjoys visiting family in Michigan and spending time with his college-student son.
