Heather joined Community Health Network in 2021 as an inpatient oncology nurse. She graduated from Western Governors University with her bachelor of science in nursing. She also holds a bachelor of arts in Spanish language and literature from Purdue University. Heather developed a passion for oncology and supporting others through difficult situations over the course of her career. She has previously worked as a patient care coordinator, forensic nurse examiner and pharmacy technician. She is certified through ONS as a chemotherapy/immunotherapy nurse.
Heather has lived in Indiana for more than 20 years and resides in Greenwood with her three children, two cats and dog. She enjoys taking trips with her children, reading, quilting and relaxing on a beach somewhere.
