OPENING 2025
Community Health Network broke ground on a new health pavilion in Pendleton, Indiana, which will offer primary care services and the first urgent care option in that area. The opening of the new pavilion is slated for the second quarter of 2025.
The new pavilion, which will be located at 200 Enterprise Drive, at the southeast corner of Interstate 69 and State Road 38, will be a single story, 25,000 square foot medical office building and will house primary care offices, a MedCheck, and imaging and lab services.
Attendees at the pavilion groundbreaking included Community Physician Network providers, Community Health Network leaders and the Town of Pendleton representative.
