Community Care Everywhere members may get care through Community Virtual Care or any of our convenient Community Clinic at Walgreens locations in Central Indiana. See below to access care.
Community's On-Demand Virtual Care connects your employees and their families with board-certified providers to receive care for minor illnesses and injuries from the comfort of home. Visits are completed over the phone or through a secure video visit. This virtual care service is integrated with Community’s electronic medical record (EMR) and patients will have access to their after visit summary through MyChart. Patients must be located in Indiana to access virtual care.
What type of care should I select?
Community Care Everywhere covers On-Demand Virtual Care only. Please select On-Demand Virtual Care and enter your Community Member ID to ensure correct billing.
Hours: Daily, 7 am – 11 pm
Community Clinic at Walgreens offers in-person care for minor illnesses and injuries, common vaccinations, and management and treatment of chronic diseases such as hypertension, diabetes, high cholesterol, and asthma. Appointments are required.
Hours: Weekdays, 8:30 am – 7 pm; Weekends, 8:30 am – 5 pm
