Community Physical Therapy and Rehab services are available throughout Indianapolis and the surrounding area. We have 16 Central Indiana locations to serve your rehabilitation needs, from physical and occupational therapy to pediatric services and speech/language therapy.

Lauren Passios, PT, DPT is a physical therapist with a special interest in general orthopedics, post-op rehabilitation and manual therapy. She is also certified in dry needling level 2.
Don Tarr, PTA is a physical therapist assistant who treats orthopedic patients and patients with chronic pain. He has training in chronic pain management, positional release and muscle energy techniques.
