Meet the faculty and staff of the Community Health Network Podiatry Residency Program.
Michael Baker, DPM
Director
Dr. Baker is the director of the podiatric surgical residency program at Community Health Network. He attended Miami University in Oxford, Ohio where he completed business and medical courses and then graduated from the Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine in 1993. He completed his podiatric surgical residency at Winona Memorial Hospital in Indianapolis in 1995. In 2005, he established Baker Foot Solutions practice starting with his first clinic, East Foot and Ankle. The practice is now part of Community Physician Network, with multiple locations in central Indiana. He and his partners also work in Community's wound care centers.
Dr. Baker is certified by the American Board of Podiatric Medicine and American Board of Podiatric Surgery (forefoot certified). He is also a certified wound specialist by the American Board of Wound Management.
Dr. Baker was born in Montreal, Canada and graduated from Delaware High School, in Delaware, Ohio.
Jason Gray, DPM
Core Faculty
Dr. Jason Gray is an Indiana native and was born in Merrillville, Indiana. He grew up in Roselawn where he graduated as salutatorian of his class at North Newton High School. Dr. Gray is a graduate of Purdue University in Lafayette, Indiana with a bachelor degree in general health science and minor in psychology. He then attended Dr. William M. Scholl Collage of Podiatric Medicine in Chicago, Illinois and graduated as valedictorian. Dr. Gray completed residency at the Southeast Michigan Surgical Hospital in Detroit, Michigan. He returned to Indiana to join Dr. Baker at Baker Foot Solutions in 2005. Dr. Gray is certified in foot surgery.
He currently resides in Pendleton, Indiana with his beautiful wife, Donitra, and his six wonderful children. He enjoys spending time with his family and their many different sporting activities.
Corey Groh, DPM
Core Faculty
Dr. Groh is a proud native Hoosier. He attended Indiana University in Bloomington and achieved his doctor of podiatric medicine degree in Chicago. Dr. Groh is double board certified in foot surgery and rearfoot and ankle reconstructive surgery by the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgery. He enjoys all aspects of podiatry, but has special interest in reconstructive foot and ankle surgery, ankle replacements, deformity correction, limb salvage, revision procedures, and trauma. Dr. Groh also has extensive experience working with pediatric patients.
Dr. Groh shares his expertise with residents in training at Community Health Network, as well as numerous medical education institutions, and enjoys learning from them as well.
In his free time, Dr. Groh, enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, running, and shooting hoops. He also is a fervent supporter of IU athletics, the Pacers and the Colts.
Clinton Heyer, DPM
Core Faculty
Dr. Heyer came to Community Physician Network after completing the podiatric surgical residency with Community Health Network. He grew up in Wisconsin, worked in medical research in South Dakota, and received a bachelor's degree in biology in Texas. He got a master's degree in biomedical science in Illinois and his doctorate in podiatric medicine at Des Moines College of Podiatric Medicine and Surgery. All these experiences have molded him into a great Midwesterner - perfect for treating any Hoosier.
He enjoys the extensive spectrum of pathology he can treat in the foot and ankle. Dr. Heyer is qualified by the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery and happily shares his experience with the residents and students that learn within the Community Health Network system. He is eager to spend his efforts improving the community he serves.
Dr. Heyer loves to participate in the food, outdoors, and sports scenes with his wife and children in Indiana. He has a daughter and a son, both of whom were born in Indianapolis. Two puppy rescues round out the household.
Tiffany Koch, DPM
Core Faculty
Dr. Koch was born and raised in Washington state. She earned her doctor of podiatric medicine degree from Midwestern University. She completed her three-year podiatric medicine and surgery residency at Community Health Network in Indianapolis. Dr. Koch is board certified in foot surgery and board qualified in reconstructive rearfoot and ankle surgery by the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery.
Dr. Koch is proud to stay in the Indianapolis area to continue working with her colleagues, teaching with the residency program, and serving her wonderful patients.
She enjoys spending time with her family, exploring new restaurants, traveling and hiking.
Nathan Namanny, DPM
Core Faculty
Dr. Namanny is a Pacific Northwest native and was raised in Southern Oregon. He completed his undergraduate studies at Azusa Pacific University where he received a bachelor of science degree in biology and was a pitcher for the Cougar’s baseball team. Following undergrad, Dr. Namanny earned his doctor of podiatric medicine degree at the California School of Podiatric Medicine. He went on to complete residency in podiatric medicine and surgery at Community Health Network in Indianapolis, where he served as chief resident.
Dr. Namanny offers skilled diagnosis and treatment of a wide variety of foot and ankle problems. He takes particular interest in trauma, reconstruction, total joint replacement, arthroscopic procedures, deformity correction and limb salvage. He is board qualified in both reconstructive rearfoot and ankle surgery and foot surgery.
Dr. Namanny is passionate about providing comprehensive care and serving patients with humility and compassion. He appreciates the sense of community found in Central Indiana and is proud to now call it his home.
Outside of medicine, Dr. Namanny enjoys outdoor activities such as bass fishing, golfing and running. He’s also an avid music-lover, a Marvel movie buff, and a dog person.
Austin Quebedeaux, DPM
Core Faculty
Dr. Quebedeaux is a native of Helena Montana, where he grew up an avid skier and backpacker. He attended St. Andrew for high school. Upon graduation, he attended Benedictine College in Atchison Kansas, where he worked as a teaching assistant and received a degree in Biology with a minor in chemistry. After completing his undergraduate work, Dr. Quebedeaux attended Des Moines University College of Podiatric Medicine and Surgery. There, he worked as an anatomy TA and received the Pi Delta award for academic excellence. He accepted his medical residency with the Community Health Network in Indiana. He completed his training in podiatric medicine and surgery with added credential in reconstructive rearfoot/ankle surgery. He has continued with the residency program since and works as a mentor to current residents.
Dr. Quebedeaux enjoys a wide scope of practice, ranging from diabetic foot and wound care to elective nerve and forefoot surgery. His medical practice extends into complicated reconstructions and trauma of the foot and ankle, and more.
He lives in Westfield, Indiana with his wife Nichole and two children. They keep active with various sporting activities and love to camp on the weekends.
Jessica Taulman-Young, DPM
Core Faculty
Dr. Taulman-Young grew up in northwest Indiana and graduated from Rensselaer Central High School. She then went to Indiana University where she received a BS with a double major in Nutrition Science and Dietetics. Following her undergraduate work, Dr. Taulman-Young completed her medical education at Des Moines University College of Podiatric Medicine and Surgery. She then returned to Indiana to complete her residency in podiatric medicine and surgery with added credential in reconstructive rearfoot/ankle surgery from Community Westview Hospital in Indianapolis. She remains involved in the residency program.
She is also a member of the American Podiatric Medical Association, the Indiana Podiatric Medical Association, the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons, and the American College of Podiatric Medicine. She is board certified by the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery and the American Board of Podiatric Medicine.
