Indianapolis, IN (May 27, 2026) — Community-GoHealth Urgent Care today celebrated the doubling of its care network, growing from six original centers in October 2025 to 12 centers. This milestone is another step in expanding access to integrated, on-demand healthcare across Central Indiana.
The occasion was marked with a ribbon-cutting ceremony at its new East Southport location (5160 E. Southport Rd, Indianapolis, IN 46237), one of five new centers successfully integrated into the Community-GoHealth network earlier this year. The rapidly growing network is committed to expanding access to high-quality, convenient and patient-centered care across Central Indiana. Community-GoHealth Urgent Care’s neighborhood centers offer convenient access to care, plus a seamless connection to Community Health Network’s broader system of providers for follow-up care when needed.
“Community-GoHealth is focused on making high-quality, on-demand healthcare easy to access and easy to navigate for the communities we serve,” said Sarah Burnette, Director of Operations for Community-GoHealth. “We are invested in bringing exceptional care, simply delivered, closer to home for families across Central Indiana.”
During the event, attendees toured the new facility and explored its modern, technology-enabled design, which supports streamlined visits, personalized care, and improved coordination with Community Health Network’s broader system of providers. Dr. John Kunzer, President of Community Physician Network (CPN); Sarah Burnette, Director of Operations for Community-GoHealth; and Heather Lents, FNP, Lead Nurse Practitioner for Community-GoHealth spoke about how the new model enhances patient access to timely care while reducing reliance on higher-cost settings, such as emergency departments.
Convenient, Trusted Care All Community-GoHealth centers provide treatment for non-life-threatening illnesses and injuries for patients ages six months and older, including cold and flu symptoms, sprains and fractures, minor cuts and burns, and other everyday health needs. The centers are open seven days a week from 8AM to 8PM with on-site X-ray services and diagnostic testing. Customers needing care can just walk-in to their nearest location or save their spot online.
Virtual Urgent Care visits with a trusted provider are also available across the state, so you can receive the care you need from the convenience of your home, at the office, or anywhere within the State of Indiana. They’re an easy option to diagnose and treat a wide range of conditions, from allergies and rashes to sprains and bug bites, UTIs, pink eye, coughs, colds, flu and more.
