New pavilion will offer primary care and Pendleton's only urgent care option
INDIANAPOLIS (June 14, 2024)—Community Health Network broke ground on a new health pavilion in Pendleton, Indiana, which will offer primary care services and the first urgent care option in that area.
The new pavilion, which will be located at 200 Enterprise Drive, at the southeast corner of Interstate 69 and State Road 38, will be a single story, 25,000 square foot medical office building and will house primary care offices, a MedCheck, and imaging and lab services.
‘Providing quality, accessible care means meeting people where they live,’ said Jason Fahrlander, Chief Operating Officer for Community Health Network “This new location will allow us to offer convenient access to urgent care services, while growing our primary care practices to better serve Madison and surrounding counties.”
Pendleton town leaders and members of the business community joined Community leaders, providers and staff for a groundbreaking ceremony.
Construction on the new site is underway. The opening of the new pavilion is slated for the second quarter of 2025. Community’s existing primary care offices in Pendleton will move to the new site when it opens.
Community announced a new healthcare campus in Westfield earlier this month and new primary care practices in Kokomo and Carmel earlier this year.
