Meet the Therapists

Dylan Bowker, PT, DPT is a physical therapist with a special interest in general orthopedics, athletes and vestibular rehabilitation.

Amber Boyle, PT, DPT, MS, ATC is a physical therapist and certified athletic trainer who specializes in comprehensive treatment of neurological injuries and diagnoses, including stroke, brain injury, concussion, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson's disease, and generalized balance disorders. She also has a special interest and advanced training in vestibular disorders, including dizziness and vertigo.

Ryan Colliver, PT, DPT is a physical therapist, certified brain injury specialist, and certified vestibular rehabilitation and concussion specialist with a special interest in general orthopedics, sports medicine, high-intensity training for individuals post brain injury or stroke, neurological conditions such as Parkinson’s disease, TBI (brain injury), CVA (stroke), and concussion, and vestibular conditions including vertigo and benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV). Ryan has advanced training in MDT Part A.

Michael Fisher, PT, DPT is a physical therapist with a special interest in general orthopedics, post-surgical rehabilitation, sports medicine and vestibular therapy for sports concussions. Michael has advanced training in assessment of running and throwing athletes.

Beth Gezon, PT, DPT is a physical therapist and certified brain injury specialist with a special interest in general orthopedics, spine rehabilitation, concussion/sports medicine and neurological disorders, including Parkinson's disease, stroke and brain injury. Beth has advanced training in Mechanical Diagnosis & Therapy (MDT) Part A and B, Graston technique and blood flow restriction therapy. Beth also has additional training in concussion and vestibular rehabilitation.

Nicole Kinney, PT, DPT is a physical therapist and board-certified clinical specialist in neurologic physical therapy with a special interest in spinal cord injury, stroke, Parkinson’s disease, and neurological injuries and disorders. Nicole has advanced training in activity based and locomotor training principles for neuromuscular recovery.

Tosha Mosby, MS, OTR/L is an occupational therapist, certified brain injury specialist and certified stroke rehabilitation specialist with a special interest in stroke, brain injury, concussion and vision.

Courtney Nennig, OTD, OTR/L is an occupational therapist and certified stroke rehabilitation specialist with a special interest in progressive aging, general orthopedics, wheelchair evaluations and stroke rehabilitation

Jessie Northquist, OTD/R/L is an occupational therapist and certified stroke rehabilitation specialist with a special interest in stroke, brain injury, post-concussion syndrome, binocular vision, field cuts, oculomotor deficits, functional cognition, and functional rehab for ADLs and IADLs. Jessie has advanced training in neurological vision deficits under the supervision of a neuro-optometrist.

Lara Pasotti, MS, CCC-SLP is a speech-language pathologist with a special interest in neurological injuries and disorders, aphasia, voice disorders, and geriatrics.

Katie Reuter, MS, CCC-SLP is a speech-language pathologist who treats adult patients with cognitive, language, speech and swallowing deficits due to acquired neurological injuries and conditions. Katie is a certified brain injury specialist and certified dementia practitioner and facilitates Independence with Aging, an evidence-based functional therapy program for patients with all dementia types and their caregivers.

Cara Riesner, PT, DPT is a physical therapist who specializes in the holistic and comprehensive care of patients with neurological conditions, primarily stroke and brain injury, Parkinson’s disease, and multiple sclerosis. Cara has a special interest in postural control and stabilization, gait training including bodyweight support, advanced balance and basic vestibular training, wheelchair evaluations, and physical therapy treatment of spastic and flaccid hemiplegia.

Nathaniel Ruley, PT, DPT is a physical therapist with a special interest in general orthopedics, lower back pain, neck pain, and strength and conditioning/strength sports. He has advanced training in Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy (MDT) Part A.
