Meet the Therapists

Leigh Ann Croxford-Abbott, PT, MS is a physical therapist and women’s health specialist who specializes in women's and men's health including incontinence, pelvic pain, and pelvic muscle weakness. Leigh Ann also has experience with acute neurological rehabilitation and orthopedic disorders. She has advanced training in Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA), McKenzie technique and Graston technique. Leigh Ann is a Certified Ergonomics Assessment Specialist, has a Senior Strength Training certification, and has received the Certificate of Achievement in Pregnancy and Postpartum Physical Therapy Program (CAPP-OB).

Jordan Grino, PT, DPT is a physical therapist with a special interest in general orthopedics and manual therapy. She has achieved the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Certificate through the American Physical Therapy Association.

Alicia Hosinski, PT, DPT is a physical therapist with a special interest in general orthopedics, vestibular rehabilitation, neurological rehabilitation and women's pelvic health. Alicia has advanced training in Graston technique (instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization), Mechanical Diagnosis & Treatment Part A Lumbar Spine, and Herman & Wallace pelvic floor training for urogynecologic and colorectal diagnoses.

Ed Jones, PT, DHSc is a physical therapist and board-certified clinical specialist in orthopedic physical therapy who specializes in general musculoskeletal conditions with a focus on lower leg, manual therapy techniques, concussion vestibular therapy/rehabilitation, and research with the adolescent athlete. He has advanced training in the evaluation of foot/ankle dysfunction and orthotic fabrication, Graston technique (instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization), manual therapy, and dry needling. Ed is also a full-time associate professor at University of Indianapolis and has multiple peer-reviewed publications and presentations at numerous national conferences.

Abbey Kamhi, MOT, OTR is an occupational therapist with a special interest in general orthopedics, shoulder rehabilitation, and hand rehabilitation. Abbey has advanced training in Graston manual therapy.

Emmalynn Leidy, PT, DPT is a physical therapist with a special interest in general orthopedics, vestibular rehabilitation and sports medicine. Emma has advanced training in blood flow restriction.

Andrew Roark, PT, DPT, ATC is a physical therapist who specializes in orthopedic conditions and sports medicine. Andrew has advanced training in Graston technique (instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization) and concussion management. He is also a certified athletic trainer and is certified in mechanical diagnosis and therapy (MDT).

Ashley Van Buskirk, PT, DPT is a physical therapist with a special interest in general orthopedics and sports medicine. She has advanced training in manual therapy techniques, including joint mobilization and manipulation, spinal manipulation, Graston technique (instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization), and Kinesio taping. Ashley is also HESCH certified.

Taylor Windle, PT, DPT is a physical therapist and pregnancy & postpartum corrective exercise specialist with a special interest in pelvic health rehabilitation, temporomandibular disorders (TMD) and general orthopedics. She has advanced training in urogynecologic and colorectal therapy through Herman and Wallace.
