Moms and babies who are currently breastfeeding are welcome at our FREE support groups. During support group, moms are encouraged to feed their babies and talk with other mothers. A lactation consultant will be available to talk about basic concerns and answer questions about breastfeeding. You may also weigh your baby before and after feedings while at group. Pre-registration is required to attend group at Community Hospital North and Community Hospital South.

A certified yoga instructor will lead this weekly class, set amidst the natural beauty of Community Farm. Beyond physical exercise, the one-hour class will promote holistic well-being and a connection to nature. Chair accommodations available. This is a Yoga class for all levels.

Free one evening class for Expectant Dads. This class is taught by a pediatrician and will be held in person. Topics include care and development from newborn to age 4 months. In addition to general topics, there is a question-and-answer time with a new dad to share his experiences. Resources will be sent via email.
