Paramedic Training Course

Community Health Network EMS Education offers an accredited and state-approved Paramedic program. Students may apply for Indiana licensure after successfully completing the course and passing the National Registry exam.

Now enrolling! The next paramedic training course will begin April 14, 2025. Classes are held Mondays and Thursdays at Community Hospital East.

Course includes ACLS, PALS and PHTLS certification courses. Affiliation discount available.

Eligibility:

  • Indiana State EMT License
  • Pass Anatomy and Physiology for Paramedics final exam with a minimum grade of 80%.
  • Must pass a drug screening and background check
  • Verification of immunizations

Tuition: $7500 per person. Does not include the $25 application fee, uniforms and other items required by the profession.

Location: Community Hospital East (1500 N. Ritter Ave., Indianapolis)

Outcomes

CAAHEP Accredited Paramedic Programs track and report outcome measures annually to the Committee on Accreditation for the Emergency Medical Services Professions (CoAEMSP).

The most current CoAEMSP Annual Report was for the calendar year 2023.

*Positive placement is defined by the CoAEMSP as ‘Employed full or part-time in a related field and/or continuing his/her education and/or serving in the military’. Positive placement is measured at completion of the program.
