At this year’s Circle of Hope, we are excited to celebrate recovery and commemorate 80 years of serving Hoosiers affected by substance use disorders. Join us to hear from grateful alumni who have found recovery at Community Fairbanks Recovery Center, as well as a keynote speaker.
This year, we are honored to host Indiana Supreme Court Chief Justice Loretta Rush, who will provide the keynote address, sharing more about her efforts to examine and reform how courts address individuals with mental illness and substance use disorder. Among her breadth of experience and dedication to these matters, Chief Justice Rush served as co-chair of the National Judicial Opioid Task Force and as an executive committee member on the National Judicial Task Force to Examine State Courts’ Response to Mental Illness. In addition, her judicial leadership has been extensively recognized, including receiving the Addiction Policy Forum's Pillar of Excellence Award.
