EAP clients should utilize the CHS Emergency Department entrance. Enter through the Emergency Dept. and turn right for approximately 50 feet. The EAP office is on the right-hand side just past the hospital’s chapel. There is a waiting area with a telephone for clients to notify us of your arrival.
