February 2026 - More than 80% of Clear Path 465 construction is complete on the northeast side of Indianapolis. Drivers will see continued improvements in 2026 as new lanes and ramps open and work continues on the reconfigured I-69/I-465 interchange. Completion of mainline I-465 is expected in spring 2026. Patients, visitors and caregivers visiting the Community Hospital North campus* should plan ahead for traffic delays in this area. Allow extra time to get to appointments to avoid having to reschedule. Please call your provider's office if you have questions or concerns.

Ramp and Lane Updates

Opening Spring 2026

• Two remaining eastbound I-465 bridges within the I-69/I-465 interchange
• New lanes on eastbound I-465 between White River bridge and the I-69/I-465 interchange

Opening Summer 2026

• Ramp from Allisonville Road to eastbound I-465
• Ramp from 56th Street to northbound I-465

Final Steps

• Eastbound/southbound I-465 bridges in the main interchange
• Southbound I-69 ramp to southbound Binford Boulevard
• Eastbound I-465 ramp connected to northbound I-69 to 82nd Street
• Eastbound I-465 ramp to northbound I-69
• Ramp from northbound Binford Boulevard to westbound I-465
