Catalyst Award for Practice Innovation

The Catalyst Award for Practice Innovation is presented to Community Health Network physicians and APPs who are champions of workflow improvement. Those who adopt, apply and influence new practices that improve the clinical environment and provider experience. These individuals lead by example and support a culture of learning, adaptability and well-being.

Any Community Health Network employee may nominate a physician or APP who has made a strong impact by implementing or promoting effective workflow improvements in their practice.
