Who Can Enroll?
Enrollment is available for expecting parents or any family with a child under 24 months old in the household. The plan may also be purchased as a gift for your loved ones who are eligible.
To keep wait times minimal and provide exceptional in-home concierge care, we are currently limited to serving families in Zionsville, Carmel, Westfield and Fishers who reside in the following zip codes: 46032, 46033, 46034, 46037, 46038, 46062, 46074, 46077, 46082, 46085, 46280 and 46290.
What's Included?
The Newborn Concierge program includes comprehensive pediatric care and support services for newborns through age two — delivered in your home and available when you need them.
Families who enroll in the program receive:
- In-person routine well-child visits: We'll track your child's numbers (weight, length) and talk about their growth and development.
- Vaccines at home: Vaccinations based on the American Academy of Pediatric vaccine schedule, personalized to your preferences.
- 24/7 access to your newborn concierge team: Our team is here to support you day or night with any questions or concerns.
- Lactation support: Our newborn concierge team can provide lactation support or help set up a referral to a lactation consultant.
- Sick visits: When your child is sick, our team will help determine if a virtual visit or in-person visit is needed. Sick visits are billed to your insurance.
