Welcoming a new baby is a busy and exciting time, full of snuggles and all those "firsts." And of course, there's a lot to keep track of—from diaper changes and feedings to your little one's many doctor appointments. Managing it all can feel overwhelming. That's where Community comes in.

Our Newborn Concierge program brings pediatric care right to your door - no trip to the doctor's office required. Available for newborns through age two, this at-home care option is designed for convenience: we come to you for well-child checks, vaccinations and more. So you can spend less time managing to-do lists and more time enjoying the little moments.

Who Can Enroll?

Enrollment is available for expecting parents or any family with a child under 24 months old in the household. The plan may also be purchased as a gift for your loved ones who are eligible.

To keep wait times minimal and provide exceptional in-home concierge care, we are currently limited to serving families in Zionsville, Carmel, Westfield and Fishers who reside in the following zip codes: 46032, 46033, 46034, 46037, 46038, 46062, 46074, 46077, 46082, 46085, 46280 and 46290.

What's Included?

The Newborn Concierge program includes comprehensive pediatric care and support services for newborns through age two — delivered in your home and available when you need them.

Families who enroll in the program receive:

  • In-person routine well-child visits: We'll track your child's numbers (weight, length) and talk about their growth and development.
  • Vaccines at home: Vaccinations based on the American Academy of Pediatric vaccine schedule, personalized to your preferences.
  • 24/7 access to your newborn concierge team: Our team is here to support you day or night with any questions or concerns.
  • Lactation support: Our newborn concierge team can provide lactation support or help set up a referral to a lactation consultant.
  • Sick visits: When your child is sick, our team will help determine if a virtual visit or in-person visit is needed. Sick visits are billed to your insurance.

Families may choose to enroll for one year or continue through the first two years of life. See what’s included in the plan for year 1 and year 2 below.

Transparent pricing is designed to support families throughout the first two years of care and help you plan ahead.

Insurance and Billing

The Newborn Concierge Program is a cash‑based service and is not eligible to be billed to insurance.

Families who are enrolled in the program may still bring their child to our Community pediatric care office at 1567 W. Tournament Trail, Westfield, IN 46074 during regular office hours. Those visits will be billed to insurance as usual.

Donita Roettcher, MD, newborn concierge pediatricianDonita Roettcher, MD

Donita Roettcher, MD, earned her medical degree from Indiana University School of Medicine and completed her pediatric residency at Riley Children’s Hospital.

Following residency, Dr. Roettcher served as pediatrics global health chief resident with the Center of Global Health at Indiana University School of Medicine in Eldoret, Kenya.

Dr. Roettcher’s clinical interests include newborn medicine, caring for individuals with complex medical conditions, neurodevelopmental disabilities and adolescent health. 

In her free time, Dr. Roettcher enjoys trying new foods, taking long walks with her two dogs and spending time with her family. She also enjoys participating in weekly trivia with friends.

Kelly White, NP, newborn concierge nurseKelly White, NP

Kelly White, CPNP, MSN, graduated from Purdue University and completed her master of science in nursing at Indiana University School of Nursing. She's been a pediatric nurse since 2004 and a certified pediatric nurse practitioner since 2015.

Kelly enjoys all forms of pediatric care, with special interests in preventive care and family education.

In her free time, she loves taking care of her three kids and watching their activities. She also enjoys hiking, reading and eating her husband's cooking.
