Ramarao Yeleti, MD, provides clinical leadership across a continuum of care that includes 10 hospitals and more than 200 sites of care, with 3 million patient visits annually, through his role as Community Health Network’s chief physician executive.

Dr. Yeleti moved into his current role in 2017 after leading Community Physician Network as the entity’s president. His past leadership experience also includes a period during which he served as president of Community Heart and Vascular, the integrated cardiovascular group at Community Health Network, which is now part of Community Physician Network.

Dr. Yeleti has a bachelor of science degree from the University of Akron in Ohio and a doctor of medicine degree from Northeast Ohio Medical University. He served his residency in internal medicine at the Mayo Clinic and a fellowship in cardiovascular disease at Indiana University Medical Center. He received an honorary doctor of public health from Marian University. Dr. Yeleti is an alumnus of Harvard Business School.

Dr. Yeleti is board certified in internal medicine, cardiovascular disease, interventional cardiology and nuclear cardiology.

Dr. Yeleti serves as Chair, Academic Affairs for the Marian University Board of Trustees and is past chair of Firefly Children and Family Alliance and the Hindu Temple of Central Indiana. In addition, he serves on board of BioCrossroads, supporting innovation and transformation of Indiana’s life sciences industry.
