Cate Sabatine serves as executive vice president and general counsel for Community Health Network. An experienced healthcare attorney and executive leader, she brings more than 15 years of expertise in healthcare law, compliance, governance and operational leadership.
Prior to joining Community Health Network, Cate served as chief administrative officer and general counsel for American Senior Communities, where she oversaw legal and human resources operations supporting more than 11,000 employees across more than 100 locations. Over the course of her tenure, she held a variety of leadership roles with increasing responsibility across legal, compliance and business functions.
Earlier in her career, Cate practiced healthcare law at Krieg DeVault LLP and Amundsen Davis, advising healthcare providers on regulatory, transactional, litigation and compliance matters.
Cate holds a juris doctor and master of business administration from Indiana University and a bachelor of arts degree from Penn State University.
Known for her collaborative leadership style and practical approach to problem-solving, Cate partners with leaders across the organization to address complex legal and business issues and support long-term organizational success.
